Gateway is blessed to have a great pastoral staff. Their dedication to the Lord and to the Gateway congregation serves both as an inspiration and as a model for serving. Each staff member offers experience and guidance in walking the path of Jesus.

Senior Pastor Ben Borsay
Ben Borsay is the Senior Pastor of Gateway Church. He has been with Gateway since its birth. Previously, he pastored another congregation in Findlay for almost 20 years.
Ben has degrees from West Virginia University, Princeton Theological Seminary, and Winebrenner Theological Seminary. He is ordained with the Evangelical Presbyterian Church.
Ben and his wife, Kathy, have not only been busy with church life, but also family building. They have three children: Adam (who is married to Tori), Rachel (who is married to Christian Hanson), and Mark.
Associate Pastor Craig Cramer
Craig Cramer is a native of Findlay, Ohio and a graduate of Arcadia High School. Craig served in the United States Navy and not long after he returned home, he received the call to ministry. He has been with Gateway since it began.
Craig received his undergraduate degree from The University of Findlay. He completed his seminary and doctoral degrees at Winebrenner Theological Seminary and is ordained with the Evangelical Presbyterian Church.
Craig is married to Mary Ellen. They have two children, a daughter, Carrigan and a son, Caleb.
Youth Pastor David Rath
David has been the youth pastor at Gateway since day one.
David is married to Tracy and they have five boys; Griffin, Owen, Keaton, Ian and Jaxon. Playing with his kids and any outside activity is the way he likes to spend his free time. An avid sports fan, ESPN’s SportsCenter is David's favorite TV show.
