New Indoor Play Area

If you have recently walked through the Kidway lobby at our County Road 9 Campus, I am sure you have seen our new indoor play area. We are so excited to have this new addition for our kids to enjoy!

You may be wondering, why add an indoor play area inside the church? Our hope is that this play area will send a clear message that we love children and that families are welcome at Gateway Church. Having an indoor play area gives kids a positive feeling about being at church and coming to church. While we don’t want to send the message that we “only play” at church, we do want church to be a fun place to go.

We also realize that the winter months in Northwest Ohio can be difficult for families with young children. There are limited options of indoor activities for children in the Findlay area. Having a safe, clean, free space available on certain days each week for our Gateway Church families and friends to hang out together and visit with one another is a way we can be a small blessing to our community.

If you are wondering what days and times it is open during the week, please check out our webpage. Our play area is for children who are 10 years old and under and requires adult supervision when children are playing on it. Shoes should be removed while on the play structure and stored in the shoe bins located by the entrances. Thank you for helping us keep the play area clean and safe for the kids who play on it!
