We are searching for a motivated, energetic leader who will oversee Gateway Church’s Go (mission) ministry. The Go Director is directly involved in leading our global impact through strategic partnerships, mission trips, and raising up people to send on mission, while also ensuring Gateway Church continues to make gospel impact locally and regionally. Experience engaging with other cultures and/or familiarity with international travel is a requirement.
We are looking for an organized, wise, and relational person to lead a team of staff and volunteers in providing congregational support through the ministry of prayer, care, and biblical counseling. You will be responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
The role of the Kidway Director is to ensure that the mission, vision and values of Gateway Church and the Next Gen ministry are carried out with excellence, timeliness and integrity. The Director will lead staff and volunteers to disciple and equip the families of Gateway Church through gospel centered teaching, worship, and intentional investment.

This person will guide the strategy for all communications, website, public relations messages, and collateral in order to consistently articulate Gateway Church’s mission.
We are offering a ministry internship from May 26 - Aug 2, 2026. This internship is intended for 18-26 year olds who are interested in exploring ways they can use their unique gifts in a vocational ministry setting. Throughout the summer interns will spend time with each staff department learning and participating in a variety of hands-on ministry experiences. By the end of the summer interns will have a better understanding of both the public aspects and the behind the scenes realities of serving in ministry - specifically on a church staff. This is a paid (approx 20-hr/week) internship, and assistance with housing may be possible if needed.

The Pastoral Resident opportunity is a 1-3 year developmental track, focusing in the areas of preaching/teaching, pastoral care, and spiritual leadership for men1 actively pursuing a career in pastoral ministry. Candidates must either be currently pursuing or have recently completed an MDiv degree. While this is a full-time position, 15 hours each week will be dedicated to study. Gateway Church has a partnership with Knox Seminary, so Residents enrolled at Knox will have any tuition incurred while a Resident covered by Gateway. At the end of the residency, employment with Gateway Church will end and the Resident will be “sent” to serve a church in need of a pastor, preferably within our Evangelical Presbyterian Church denomination.
