Joe was born in Findlay, Ohio, and has attended Gateway Church since 2012. He joined the staff in October 2017 and is now managing the Finance department. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management at Bowling Green State University. He is married to his wife Lauren, who is a hard-working stay-at-home mom with their daughters Eleanor and Adaline. Joe and Lauren both lead a Life Group and in his free time, Joe loves Spikeball, Ultimate Frisbee, and spending time with his family. He has a heart for discipleship and is active in equipping the next generation for the work of ministry.
